Tired of the delays. Hung up on twice in one day - first when demanding proof that phone had been returned. Called back and spoke with manager. He finally acknowledged the phone had not been returned to me. The refund was under consideration but there was no timeline. This seems like just another delaying tactic, so I asked to speak to a higher-level manager. He put me on hold to transfer me to his manager, but the call cut off before transfer complete. Please stop with the delays. Time for the refund.
