One of the worst experiences. Had my S9+ repaired for broken screen. Everytime I called the person just read the script 5-7 days. The phone was finally returned. Email said tracking ticket issued for overnight shipping and it took 4 days mosting due to package not picked up at samsung. When It arrived it was missing the sim card tray. After several calls, they sent out a new tray just as with the phone the overnight delivery took 4 days. The tray was the wrong one. Another call and the support person was having trouble finding the part number. Told me to call the parts contractor. Went out and bought a tray from a repair store cost $10 and took all of 2 minutes. Called samsung to refund the $10. They would only offer a Samsung gift card good for samsung products ( what can you get for $10). They referred to the contractor company that sells parts, after two days of waiting to talk with someone they said they only sell parts and have nothing to do with samsung. I just want my $10 back. I paid $245 for the repair. NEVER AGAIN. I do like the phone very much.
