Samsung outsourcing their customer service is one of the most unproductive moves on their part. Constantly have products on their website that are out of stock, but they won't indicate that to you. They will let you order it then tell you it will ship out in 7 business days just for it to be 3-4 weeks later and nothing. Customer chat takes 30 min before someone answers. What a disaster.
