Bought a tv, within 4 months had issue with back light. Called arranged a 4pm appointment for a Wednesday. Then get a text from service centre to say they needed to arrange a visit between 10am and 2 pm.I work wife works, however I can do any day of the year after 3:30pm surely I am not the only person who works? They won't budge and I'm not taking a day unpaid to fix their faulty product! Surely as a customer I can arrange a time that suits? Especially when the service centre is 10 min drive. Complaint was raised not contact back so complained again. The whole customer service us poor I'm not unreasonable just want the product I paid for to work after 4 months
