This was the first time I had to contact Samsung, about a recent update on my mobile galaxy s8.
The help I was given was second to none and I came off the call feeling very happy. My problems were sorted 100%.
So much so I felt the need to give a glowing review.
I would not hesitate recommending Samsung to all my friends and family.
