TV died 9 days after going out of warranty. They agreed to honor the warranty. Repair and replacement not available due to the fact that no delivery company or technician they work with services the area where I live. They agreed to refund. However - getting to this point has taken over 2 months of at least 2 phone calls a week. Wait time for the refund/exchange department every time I call is at least 1 hour, sometimes 2. Every time I call I am told that whatever action the last person I spoke with agreed to do still needs to happen. They have rescheduled a replacement delivery with a company that does not deliver to my location at least 5 times. There is no continuity of service. Every time I call (and wait on hold for at least 1 hour) I have to explain the entire 2 month saga anew. I STILL have not received a refund. I have offered up my own solutions - even offering to bring the broken TV to another location where it could be picked up. I've offered to take it into a retail location. I've had service reps email or text me but then quit responding. I would give a zero if possible.
