Just purchased a Samsung Dryer from Lowes. The worst decision I have ever made. Lowes did not do anything wrong, but Samsung did. The dryer did not work after 2 months. Because it is under warranty I went through Samsung to find out why. They sent their trusted warranty company to check it out. Without doing anything to the machine, just went outside to talk on the phone with someone from Samsung for 15 minutes, came back and said it was because my exhaust was plugged up due to being poorly maintained and he left? Really, do you have X-ray eyes? Well the dryer has water backed up in the machine. After he left I pulled the venting and guess what, there was NO blockage in my exhaust to the outside, but there was a buildup in the machine, which I had to clean. This is a POS and would not recommend to anyone ever. the service was quick and quick to decide not to help. I will be posing on any medium I can find, Facebook, Instagram etc. and let others know that they should be rated "horrible". I guess not only is the machine worthless, but so is the warranty support.
