I want to tell you about my experience wit Tumi and Samsung. I spent extra to get my husband the Tumi Edition watch April of last year.
Within 4 months the band broke, Samsung had me send it in. They said you did not provide them with any replacements bands and gave me a $40 gift card to buy a silicone band off of their website. I bout the Tumi because my husband is an active man and hard worker, we needed something that would last.
Then in June, a Samsung rep said they were going to send a gift card to replace the entire watch for a new one. Still nothing in March, called back and they again said they were sorry and we should have something in 4-5 days. Yesterday after begin on hold for 6 hours (yes 6 hours) and then an hour with reps. The jerk on the phone said absolutely not, we can get a subpar silicone band. I know we did not buy this watch from you, but your name is on it and we expected quality. We could not be more disappointed in a $400 watch that lasted 4 less than 4 months.
