Samsung is a horrible company!!!! I purchased Galaxy S8 along with the AKG Y50BT Headphones. Within 6 months, the headphones had broken, The company customer service department is extremely hostile to customers. It shifted the responsibility to the customer by asking us to deal with the Headphone company. By then, the product has passed its warranty due to the company is prolonged handling of the issue. What is worse is they hold my headphone and won't even return the phone back to us. This is stealing! How can a brand name company like Samsung act so low!!!!
