We recently bought a 55" 4k tv and within a week we were having issues. It wouldn't turn on, when it did it took forever, the screen blinks. It's brand new out of the box. I scheduled an appointment for repair and sent in proof of purchase as requested. The day before the appointment I got an email from them stating the receipt was not an acceptable form of proof even though it was listed on the terms as one. They told me that I needed a letter from the Corporate Office of the store where we purchased the tv, on their letter head stating how we paid, when it was purchased and an itemized breakdown of the cost. WTF? Talk about trying to avoid covering your products. We have had the tv for 3 weeks, 3 weeks out of the box and they refuse to warranty the tv. What a joke. I will NEVER buy Samsung again. Thank god we bought LG for the other tv we needed. Don't buy Samsung unless you're ok getting stuck with a paperweight.
