Simply EXCELLENT
I called Samsung as i needed my washing machine had some spinning issue and asked for a call back. They called me back within 3 minutes. The person i spoke to was extremely polite, helpful and arrange an engineer to visit in less than 48 hrs. The engineer was from Domex.
My entire experience was over and above my expectations.
I would strongly recomend Samsung appliances both for the superb quality of their products and their customer service. In fact i already have.
