Bought two QLED TVs, the 75 in stopped working after 9 months. Called CS and after talking to six different people and over 2 1/2 hrs on the phone, I was assured my TV was covered by warranty, also received a email with confirmation. Days later on a follow up call when no service was provided, they told me that I had bought from a non authorized dealer and they refused to honor the warranty. How can a retailer sell Samsung products if not supplied by Samsung? Items delivered in sealed original shipping cartons. They lost me for life and everyone I can talk to.
