Bought a refrigerator from Best Buy. Mistake # 1 in crisper drawer while ice overfills to the point of dropping on floor
Samsung refused to refund after more than 4 repair tries. All these repair attempts made during warranty period.
At this point they pretended to authorize a
return
Now they refuse to refund due to it finally being out of warranty
Best Buy said they would not take it back without Samsung approval and they refused to offer any assistance on this matter
Bottom line
I will no longer shop at Best Buy and no longer purchase Samsung products including all their electronic products
Samsung will exhaust you while continuing to sell defective refrigerators
