Worst Customer Service ever!!! Buyer Beware. I completed the phone trade in request as instructed and factory reset my S7phone. Something did not clear and they would not work with me in the slightest to resolve the problem. They refused to honor the trade in credit and made it very difficult to return the phone I purchased. If you have any problems with this company you will not receive any help or respect through the process. I have been a long term customer with many Samsung products and it’s sad they are willing to lose a customer so easily. In addition they limit what you can write on their site. Very manipulative.
