If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Bought a new refrigerator and it went out after just one week. It took over two months and multiple service calls (seriously - 45 minutes a day for two months) to resolve the issue. The finally reimbursed me for the product but only reimbursed a fraction of the food spoilage due to this. I just got bounced around from one person to the next, they kept closing the ticket, and no one seemed to want to take responsibility or even give me direction. They have one general line, so even when it goes to the refund team, you cannot get into touch with them with any questions.... only via email. I would ask a number of questions and they would only answer 1. Compelte joke - do not buy Samsung!!!!! They do not stand behind their products.
