I called 1-800- Samsung, the customer care line, on Tuesday September 9th to advise of documents I needed to text over to them. My washer have been down for two months and I only had it for four months. The manager I spoke with previously left very detailed notes as to Joseline the representative refused to read or follow the instructions noted. I agreed to take the survey and at the end of the call Joseline continued to place me on hold and then I would just hear dead silence. I waited as this (placing me on hold and then just holding the phone with the line muted) went on for 40 minutes. Very poor customer service for such an expensive unit.
