Hopeless, really terrible. They barely speak English, and I'm fairly sure they don't know what a television is. I spent a full half hour reading out serial numbers and trying to explain what the problem was only to get cut off. I called back with the reference number and the operator's name to be told rather rudely that there was no one by that name in the department and I had to start all over again, which I did. After a full 45 minutes the same thing happened, and guess what! When I called back again I couldnt speak to the same operator, so had to start all over again! Third time lucky though, this time I spoke to someone who knew what a tv was and knew how to do his job (Marvin) and we got the problem fixed. If Samsung ever read this feedback I would suggest: 1. linking the operator to the reference number so that if you get cut off you can speak to them again 2. Employing people who speak English good (or maybe even English people!) 3. Employing people who know what a tv is Samsung you owe me 2 hours of life
