Purchased a TV direct from them. Was renovating where it was going to go, so didn't take it out of the box and plug it in for a month. When I plugged it in, the screen was broken. They apparently have a policy that they won't allow a return or exchange after two weeks. Got bounced around from agent to agent across multiple departments for over an hour trying to get them to take it back. I spent over $1k for something DOA. Learned my lesson. Will always check things the moment that I get them in the mail, but will also stop buying direct from Samsung. The customer experience was absolutely horrendous and they would rather lose me as a customer than be understanding and make things right.
