My family purchased all new appliances on 10-7-19. The appliances were delivered on 10-12-19. The microwave was damaged when we opened the box. Imediately we called Home Depo and was instructed to call Samsung. We spoke w 10 + different people on the Samsung team. Not 1 person had a resolution for us. We provided proof of purchase, pictures of the merchandise etc. They sent out a Samsung repair specialist to inform us that we would basically be taking a loss. They dont cover physical damage even though that's how we received our appliances. It has been soooooo stressful and by far the WORST experience ever!! We will NEVER purchase another Samsung item!! PLEASE LET SAMSUNG BE YOUR VERY LAST RESORT.
