SAMSUNG has the worst customer service. No one in ALL departments actually knows their role and cannot provide any type of help. The return process is horrible I’ve been waiting on my product to be returned for almost 4 months now. They always transfer calls to the case manager department which does nothing for you at all. They have great products but will lose a lot of customers due to this matter. They can count me out, HELLO APPLE!
