Ordered a galaxy S10 Plus in ceramic black. Customer servive said they ran out of ceramic so they sent me a regular black one. If I wanted the one I originally ordered I had to keep checking the website until it was back in stock then order it again. In the meantime I have no phone, and nobody at samsung's service center was of any help.They did tell me they'd give me 25$ off my next possibly wrong phone from their site for driving the phone back to fed ex because it's now my responsibility to return the device I didn't order. Completely unacceptable how can you have this kind of following with no customer service at all?
