terrible customer service and product
I purchased a Samsung Range/stove, flat glass top/5 burner & after the initial use there was some bubbles/cell developed under the surface. I called the warranty/tech support department. I also emailed the photos of the stove surface which clearly the bubbles are visible. The stove is still under the warranty as I purchased a 8weeks ago. I have lots of concern with the safety of the glass surface and I was told by customer service the issue is out of the Warranty and they refused to even send a technician to check it out.
This is clearly a faulty product and terrible customer service by Samsung!
