Order a Samsung refrigerator on the 11th, order said delivery expected on the 14th. I called 3 time to make sure this information was accurate.
Well it's the 14th, I called in the morning and the customer service person said that it hasn't been delivered to the warehouse yet. And no one seems to know why.
Never ever again I'll order directly from Samsung.
This was an emergency purchase and now what?!, how long do I have to wait before hearing from someone.
So infuriating!!!!!!!!!!!
