Samsung doesn't have customer service. It is worst company ever to deal with when you have a problem. One of their employees offered me 3 options, after I reviewed them I called back to make my selection just to find out I only had 1 option. I asked to speak with a manager I was on HOLD for ONE hour until I had to hung up without been able to speak with a manager. My problem still not fixed.
