I ordered a dishwasher that was to be delivered on 12/6, which it was, but the product was damaged. We had this dishwasher in our home for almost 2 weeks waiting for the replacement as they would not send anyone to pick it up before the new appliance was delivered. Scary, it could have been damaged further as our kitchen was being painted. The new dishwasher arrived today, 12/18. The second appliance was also damaged and the drivers did not open it but left it on the porch, took the original appliance and started down the driveway with it (they parked in the road). My husband and I had to call them back up the driveway to show them the damage and request that they take the second appliance away as well as the first. They did this without issue and said they would call their boss and we should hear from someone in 10 min. This call never came. I called the Home Depot where our purchase was credited too and we were assured we could receive a full refund and I would receive a call "soon". After stopping in to the store, the appliance associate contacted Samsung who eventually informed that the products would need to be returned to Samsung and scanned into their system before the refund process could be started: 48-72 hours. We are so disappointed and will never use delivery again. We will only buy directly from the seller. I cannot comment on the performance of Samsung appliances but I will not buy another one due to the return process.
