Bought a Samsung refer RF28HDEDTSR/A4 August 2016. Had issues from the beginning. The (in-door) ice maker stops making ice and freezes up. Has to be defrosted. Sometimes after that, it still will not work. Also, when you push the paddle to dispense ice, it shoot out water beforehand. 3rdly, the bottom freezer door ices up so the drawer will eventually have to pull with all your might to unstick it. I have had service techs come out but were never able to repair it. Now, its out of warranty. I wrote the president of the company, but a waste of time. I do NOT recommend the Samsung products, especially their refrigerators. I would be happy to be a plaintiff in a class-action law suit if any bold attorney wants to start one.
