I bought my tv UN55KU7000F from Best Buy in 2016.
Later this year, the tv screen became dark and it was impossible to see pictures. I could still hear the sounds.
I called Samsung service and they tried to reset the tv but nothing changed. Then they recommended I get an electrician.
I assumed that will be a long frustrating journey so I decided to get a new tv.
In my opinion, that was a very short life span and does not make any sense.
