To whom it may concern,
I am a very disappointed customer of a samsung appliances. I purchased all my kitchen and my wash and dryer products and all are Samsung because i thought it was a reliable product.Unfortunately after 1 1/2 I had to throw away my microwave because it broken and purchased another one. Now after 2 years 1/2 my refrigerator broken and I will be without one for Christmas.
Called customer service and the only thing that I hear is " I'm sorry but nothing I can do for you". The 3rd party that I contact is really rude and told me that on December 24 will be going to my house to look at and will charge me just to take a look $100!!!!
Now if is not a part that is in the 5 year warranty I will need to fix or purchased a new Refrigerator that I still paying.
Also my stove that is also purchase together with my Fridge the all digital system is not working anymore. (touching pat of the oven)
So my question is: How can I keep paying for something that keeps breaking and leaving us on Christmas without appliances? How reliable is Samsung?
Now the service went to my house today 12/24/19 and said the fan is broken , he charged $100 to take a look but don't have the part for replace. What kind the service is that?
Please if someone is seen that don't purchase samsung appliances or any Samsung in general!
