New tv came with wrong remote, have been on phone more than 40 hours had to send in receipts over 40 times, been lied to so many times, had to take down new tv put up old tv, can't watch netflix, or my dvd player due to wrong remote. Samsung just hangs up on consumers they do not care. My paypal receipt has to be reviewed I may get new remote by 2098. Run from them stay away they are beyond horrible!!!!! They did not like FONT size from paypal must be reviewed. Ask them if they wanted blood work or fingerprints from president of paypal. It is taking forever and I am contacting all 3 CEO's. I despise these idiots that work in a zoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
