Samsung support is a NIGHTMARE. Tried ordering a replacement handle that fell off our new refrigerator/freezer. Each time I called asking when the replacement handle will be shipped, I was told the handle was sent BACK to the parts dept for some unknown reason, but now they would be able to ship it. This call repeated itself every few weeks with the same response by customer support. Tried to call corporate for help, but they just forwarded me to the same useless 1-800 number that continuously tells me the same excuse. Do NOT buy ANYTHING Samsung if you expect ANY customer support, be warned.
