Absolutely horrible customer service... I will never ever buy anything Samsung again! I will tell everyone I know too... A brand new microwave malfunctioned and burnt my dinner with full flames.My husband had to use the fire estinguisher.They first tried to say it was out of warranty. Then they show up at the wrong time- twice... Finally- the third time they came, took pictures and left me with my smokey burnt micro. I had to ask- when I would get a response. They said- in 3 days. Four days letter- I had to call. At first- they couldn’t find any report. Finally- what do they say? It’s my fault? How? The fire department stated it was the microwave at fault. No evidence- no email- nothing. Its motor made a huge shrieking sound then I saw the flames. I was heating up the same meal in the same serving dish at the same time (2:30) for the third time prior to it malfunctioning. They now refuse to pay to even have it removed- after they refused to remove it when there. Lucky for me- I paid for an extra warranty with Best Buy. Good bye Samsung!
