My known issue with the ice maker freezing up was not fixed by Samsung. I have unplugged my fridge 4 to 5 times over the 3 yr life to fix this issue but it was always refreeze and leave us with no ice maker until I unfroze it again. I called and they won't fix it until I have had one service call that they are aware of (even tho I fixed it several times myself). There is no standing behind their product or issues. Do not buy a Samsung. You will be sorry.
