If i could go negative I would. I bought the 2019 65" FrameTV directly through Samsung.com because my employer gave us large discount. Worst mistake of my life. TV came broken twice. They also refuse to honor the warranty. I've already done 15 hours of calls with them. At one point they didn't believe that I owned the TV and were making me send text messages of SN on the back and in the menu section. It is to a point that I'll need to pursue legal action to even get any money back and I'd assume that will do nothing. I'll never buy anything Samsung again. They should be ashamed how bad their product and services are.
