I thought I was purchasing a top quality complete set of kitchen appliances. I paid extra to get the black stainless WHAT A TERRIBLE MISTAKE!!! First the bottom of the oven warped and the coating started to flake off. Their response - customer abuse. REALLY???!!! What did I do? Take paint remover and a tool to a brand new oven? Not hardly. I used a wet wash cloth soaked in hot water and Dawn. Next, the black finish started to peel off the oven door at the junction to the handle. Their response - once again customer abuse. To add insult to injury I was told that the warranty ONLY covers mechanical parts and NOTHING ELSE. Now the motor on the refrigerator sounds like a diesel engine every time it runs - it can be heard two rooms over. To be insulted by not only the person who originally answered the phone but his manager that I abused the appliances was incredible. Who would spend nearly $3000 for new appliances and then abuse them is unbelievable. They absolutely refuse to do anything to correct these situations and just keep referring me to the warranty book which states they are not responsible for any of these issues is beyond insulting. RUN do not walk past Samsung appliances. I wish I had never laid eyes on them. Even Best Buy couldn't help with these problems. I feel like making a sign and standing in front of the appliances at the store warning people not to waste their money. Unfortunately I am widowed and retired and cannot afford to get rid of them and buy something else. Be warned DO NOT buy Samsung appliances. If I could give the review negative stars I would.
