The wrong item was delivered. When we opened and noticed we contacted Samsung. They said that we didn't call in the 15 day return policy. It wasn't opened until our builder was ready to install. The entire experience was awful. We have 6 SAMSUNG PHONES. WE HAVE ALL SAMSUNG KITCHEN APPLIANCES. YES WE HAVE TO KEEP THE APPLIANCES, BUT I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED SPRINT AND VERIZON THAT WE WANT TO TRADE/ UPGRADE OUR PHONES TO APPLE PHONES. ALL OUR APPLIANCES IN OUR BASEMENT AND GUEST HOUSE THATS BEING BUILT NOW WILL NOT HAVE ANY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES/ ELECTRONICS! I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE THAT I COME IN CONTACT WITH WILL BE TOLD ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE AND I WILL TRULY RECOMMEND THEM TO NEVER USE ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. WORD OF MOUTH IS THE BEST NETWORK. SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! LASTLY YOU ALL KEPT MY MONEY TOO. DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO REFUND US THE DIFFERENCE IN THIS INCORRECT PRODUCT!!!
