Samsung delivered the wrong 36" gas cooktop. When contacted them and initially spoke to a supervisor they saw in the system where they sent out the wrong product. They "stated they would correct the problem and send out a new gas cooktop". A week after we notice we hadn't received any confirmation of delivery so we called and did an inquiry. We went through countless supervisors and representatives stating they had no record of the call and we were past the 15 day return policy. THE MISTAKE WAS MADE BY SAMSUNG!
