Samsung home appliance customer service reps Don't Listen. Had a problem with my induction stove control panel - some of the functions weren't showing up. Samsung told me to shut off my circuit breaker. When that didn't work they told me to call their service co. (which I had to pay for) in the area & gave me their phone #. After 10 mins on hold, I was told this service co. Doesn't repair Induction stoves!!! I called another co.. they came out (& in less than 5 mins) told me to remove the divider shelf in my oven. Functions immediately returned! Called Samsung foe refund because they should have had that info to tell me. 'They kept telling me that my stove wasn't in warrantee (3 yrs old) even though it wasn't warrantee problem, it was a Samsung training problem. I was told the customer service dept doesn't have a mgr & all sorts bogus info. New result - no-one has the authority to implement a refund
