Absolutely shocking customer service I have gone all the way to the top writing 4 letters to be sent back down to the customer sales support saying that the MD Andy Griffiths asked them to deal with it. So asked to escalate it all the way to the top to be sent to the bottom.. WILL NEVER BY SAMSUNG AGAIN.. They have lost a very loyal customer and I will also make sure I continue to give them negative press due to this ..Has taken hours worth of letter writing and phone calls for no help what so ever just pass the buck.
