Voice Automated system is the worst idea possible. I am a true Samsung fan. For the first time in my years been on hold for 21 mins. Can't reach the right group I need to. People like talking to people not automation it's more personal. I have been referring people from all generations and they all tell me the same thing. They love how quickly Samsungs customer service and how personalized it is. Also how they don't get caught in the voice automation black hole. What does one do if your automation option doesn't exist? Samsung is not like other companies, don't try to follow the business trend. It's not you. Make your own, stand apart from the others. If your like the rest, who is the best?
