We purchased a 55" Smart TV and one of the ports was not working. We immediately contacted Samsung and they scheduled an appointment to repair the TV. Nobody came, nobody called. We called them again and they scheduled a second appointment to repair the TV. Again, nobody came and nobody called to cancel. Then Samsung said they would exchange the TV. We had the same results. Last week Samsung again stated that they would exchange the TV. For the fourth time Samsung did not stand behind their word or customer service promise. Today my husband got a call telling us they no longer have that model in stock and will send us the purchase price. Seriously, almost four months later they want to offer us the purchase price because due to their negligence they no longer have the item in stock. I am still in the process of trying to get them to stand behind their product. They should at least offer us a comparable model. None of this was our fault, unless you want to blame us for buying a Samsung in the first place. AWFUL! Customer Service! AWFUL! Product Support! Good thing we bought the warranty! Not!!!!
