Samsung TV support is an absolute joke! Called this morning. The message was unusual wait time, yep. Will call back in 2 and 1/2 hours. NOPE. Have tried to call back. Get nowhere! Tried text support. Told them the program and they stopped texting back. There is a question in this survey, "how long did the company reply to your queries"? NEVER!!
This must be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I will NEVER buy another product from Samsung.
