I have a washer that is less than a year old that is still under full warranty. It broke (not spinning) about 6 weeks ago. I have had 5 different service repairmen out here to fix this and it is still giving errors and won't complete a cycle. I've been on the phone with them over 10 times, dozens of emails, I've been told after 2 completed repairs and if it wasn't fixed they would replace it. Not true. I just got off the phone - now twice denied for a replacement. Do not buy Samsung appliances - and also I've been told do not buy appliances anywhere except Best Buy. With Best Buy - if the appliance breaks within warranty - they will take it back and manage the customer service - or so I've been told.
