2 month old Samsung S10 has horrible battery life. Takes forever to get through to customer service. Hasn't worked right since day 1, have reset to factory settings, done diagnostics over the phone. Told me I could send in to have battery checked but it's the only phone I have. They need to send me a new phone while it is under warranty and quit jacking me around. No service centers anywhere in MO. Tried to take to one in FL while I am at my daughters but have to leave phone for 3 days and refuse to do that. Don't buy a Samsung S10. Have tried calling them twice today, had them put me in call back list, when they call they can't hear me and I can't hear them. I repeat don't buy a Samsung S10. Battery life is way less than my previous cheap Moto Z Droid.
