Terrible service then they tried blaming it on the virus! WOW. I told her no this stems all the way back to last year when I had to call over a dozen times just to make sue the warranty was properly issued on my oven. Wasted my time for 3 months then try to low ball me and offer me $290 something for a $600 Oven I had when I purchased the home brand new construction 2 months prior. After the first call there was no ticket even made for my oven then no technician. Now on my last call when I had to call about the diswasher again this week not draining and I am at the 1 year since I purchased the home as far as warranty goes and I get a phone call yesterday where the rep apologizes for it taking so long (as she was apparently looking at the notes from last summer) and said they had to issue a refund because there is no tech to send out because of the virus. WOW okay so yeah please lets do whatever is convenient for Samsung then they don't have to even pay a disposal fee or disconnection/labor- re connection fee for the new replacement. Worst service I have ever gotten! I cannot believe out of 900 reviews when I came here they have a 1.7 star rating. Sounds like I am not the only one who deals with the same service. In 3 minutes of the call this woman tells me I have to get a refund because they can't send out a tech because of the virus. Then the next minute I can have a tech but had to wait 2 weeks then I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK! like really>? Then by the end of the call she tells me she can't issue a refund now and would have to wait for a tech to be available to come out. I hung up because I already know the routine. I think I will be going to the BBB next to see if they can mediate or the AG because I don't have time to be playing games with a company who apparently could care less about their customers and quality of their products. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SAMSUNG! SOUNDS LIKE FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS, THEY DESIGN THEIR PRODUCTS TO LAST THE LENGTH OF A WARRANTY IN MOST CASES (1 YEAR) AND WONT EVEN HONOR THE WARRANTY ONCE YOU FILE A CLAIM. I hung up on the woman after the 3 different stories she told me in 3 minutes and was going to call back when I had time to speak to someoen else then I get an email that she closed my ticket I already wasted an hour of my life trying to get opened with them. Most of the people who answer the phone in customer care, barely speak english when you call in and you can't understand them their accent is so thick then they rush through the call and nothing happens. Apparently if they don't like you, the call center reps can tamper with your file and they have no accountability especially if they decide not to put notes in your account. I tried emailing the company and the website says that as of yesterday (how convenient) they are not able to accept emails and have to use live chat. I expressed my concerns to the live chat respectfully and you wouldn't believe it but she blamed the COVID_19 VIRUS... LOL. I told her this started long before the virus but nice excuse. Then she essentially hung up on me too and SAMSUNG asked me for a survey on both of them. HAHAHAHAHAH I hope they get FIRED> Unbelievable.
