Bought a 27" curved monitor and a few months later a blue vertical line appeared on the screen. Contacted Samsung and explained the issue. They said I could send it back to their service center to be repaired and it would take up to 7 business days once they received it. I use the monitor for work and can't really be without it so asked if they would give me a replacement to use. They refused. I got the UPS label to send it back and again contacted Samsung to clarify the procedure. They told me to call UPS to pick it up and I asked if it would cost me anything. They assured me it wouldn't. I then called UPS who told me a pickup would cost me money. I then called Samsung again and now they said it would cost money and they don't know why the person told me it wouldn't. They were very unprofessional and told me I couldn't talk to a manager and "it is what it is". Because of their faulty product, I have to have the inconvenience of packing up the product, doing without it for weeks, and dropping it off at UPS. I will never buy a Samsung product again and recommend that nobody else does either.
