I have absolutely nothing good to say about Samsung. We purchased a 55" NU6900 Smart TV at Best Buy. We have had issues with this TV since we plugged it in. You continually have to do a hard reset to get to hulu, Netflix or anything else you want to go to. Called customer service numerous times, their favorite saying is it's not us its your internet. Yet every other electronic device works great and the TV is only 6' from the modem. They then finally authorize a service technician to look at it, he replaces the board and has to drive from another state 3 hrs one way because no one here will work on it. He tells us this probably wont fix it but its all he is authorized to do. He was correct, issue not fixed. Called back to Samsung tell them we are tired of messing around that was on 3/23. Was told someone would get back in touch within 24-48 hours. Called again today 4/9 and they are opening another service call. I am told this is all they can do. I said we are in the middle of a health crisis we don't want someone from another state, or anyone coming into our home right now. I was told take it or leave it that is all they can do. So the service ticket is open. Granted I would hope these are not essential workers and no one will be here before our country gets some relief. I no that in the grand scheme of life this is nothing. My complaint is this should have been handled months before we got to this point. We will, in no circumstance ever purchase another Samsung TV!! I am pretty sure it would be much less expensive and healthier for everyone if they would have just sent us a new TV. I cant imagine drive time for 6 plus hours is inexpensive.
