I own a samsung Note 10 plus, a qled TV and earbuds.( All purchased within the last 6 months) The TV is a software disaster, and customer support is non existant. The left earbud quit working after 3 weeks. Samsung warranty and support has been terrible. In short, they basically cancelled my warranty ticket, because the process has taken so long. (THEY CANCELLED IT TWICE) If it wasnt for an automated text message, I wouldnt have known they cancelled it. It befuddles me, they cancel my ticket, because THEY are taking too long. Do yourself a favor, dont throw your money and time away. I saved chat logs, texts and rep. ID numbers. I tried to escalate the case, but you cant get anywhere with their support. Buy another product, read customer support reviews before you purchase.
