I have never been so disappointed in my life. I WILL NEVER purchase a Samsung product again. I can't believe how they just don't give a damn even if the mistakes were made on their side. I'm done. I have been calling samsung since Oct. About my OS system being compromised. To which they basically said I was incorrect. Well it's not mid April the following year and about a month ago they agreed that it was compromised (I had to figure out how it became compromised because they couldn't take the time of day to listen to me about a damn thing. Then I send my phone to them to get it back in 9 to 11 days which DID NOT HAPPEN. they cancelled my ticket. Then they said they'd fix it for free 100% to which i got my phone another week later to which it had not been touched they cancelled it a second time. After being on the phone from 8:45AM until 3PM and getting hung up on 4 times and getting nowhere...I have to resend my phone to samsung. And suffer yet another 5-7 business days. This is the worst phone provider out there. Never again will I ever lower myself to purchase a product from this sorry company. They made their mistakes yet I have to pay. Unacceptable.
