they promised me i wouldn't be charged to have my phone repaired which was the only reason i sent it in because it still worked. but since they said it would be fixed for free i sent it in. then i get an email saying i'm being charged 150.00 dollars so i called and said i never agreed to pay anything and they then said that they would not cover the damage under the warrenty. so now i've been without my phone for a week and a half for no reason. as much money as samsung has and all the phones i've bought from them you'd think they would just fix it anyway. but point is they said they'd fix it and once they get the phone they change their mind. bad business in my opinion. Don't waste peoples time. Making me drive to post office to mail it out to get it returned the same way. Thanks. appreciate it.
