If there was a zero star, I would give it to this company. I bought a phone from Samsung and it was still under warranty. The s 10 plus phone is known to have an issue with WiFi and Bluetooth. I sent to Samsung to fix it, and they told me it was not under warranty since there scratches on the back. They said they could fix the WiFi and Bluetooth without putting a new a case and they wanted to charge me 118 for a back case. The customer service person wanted to sell me the new s20 and give a 300 dollar credit for my s 10. When I refused their offer , they refused to fix the WiFi and Bluetooth issues and they shipped back to me without fixing. One thing I am sure of is no more Samsung for me. They are con-artists
